CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY

Please Read Before Booking

To keep appointments running smoothly and ensure every client receives the time reserved for them, please review the following policies before scheduling your appointment.

BOOKING & DEPOSITS

A $27 deposit + $2 booking fee is required to secure your appointment.

The deposit and booking fee are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless your appointment must be canceled due to an issue on my end.

Your remaining balance may be paid via Zelle or cash.

CANCELLATIONS

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.

NO-SHOWS

Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will no longer be permitted to book future appointments.

RESCHEDULING

Appointments may be rescheduled one time only.

Your new appointment must be scheduled within the same calendar month as the original appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS

A 10-minute grace period is provided for all appointments.

More than 10 minutes late:
A $15 late fee will be added to your appointment.

More than 15 minutes late:
Your appointment will be canceled.
